Dual Spooler with Bobbins Auto-change

Mainly used for the extrusion of various wires and cables, as well as the high-speed paying-off and taking-up during the rewinding production.

  • 11kw motor frequency conversion speed regulation control, used in conjunction with the wire accumulator, and automatically track the speed of the production line;
  • Pneumatic control is adopted for coil loading, unloading, lifting and braking, independent pressure regulation, safe and fast;
  • Non stop production since the change-over is done without stopping the line. The pay off speed can reach up to 600m / min; Fully control operation by the PLC according to the information received from the meter counter;
